On today's podcast episode where we're calling a spade a spade
here and taking a solid look at burnout. And I'm not here to mince
words, I'm not here to pat you on the back and tell you that it's
all okay if you're feeling burnt out. That's not what we're doing.
We are taking an honest look at what burnout really is and steps
that you can take today to avoid it.
Here's the thing guys. If you are listening to this podcast, chances are you are in the business of health, wellness, stress management, and if you are burning out, you're out of integrity with your message and what you're selling. I'm not here for that and neither are you.
So let's get really clear on some of the sneakier ways burnout has crept into the yoga community and healing community because it has in a big way. It's almost a buzzword now and it's something that really needs to be taken seriously.
