In addition to facing a global pandemic, we're also facing an
"infodemic" as we constantly sift through news stories and
social media, looking to separate facts from sensationalism.
It's exhausting.
Today's podcast episode is not here to deliver you more
information. You're being fire hosed with that already. Instead,
I'm delivering an episode to guide you through calming and
centering your nervous system, because that is what you REALLY need
right now.
While I can't force you to listen to this episode, I'm going
to strongly encourage you to stop what you're doing, sit in
the car or in your room, and meditate with me. Don't start
strategizing how and where you're going to do this or rush to
answer all the emails in your inbox first. Simply STOP, put your
phone on do not disturb, and give yourself the gift of time to
breathe. I'm here to guide you through it, right now.
If you normally meditate but it has felt harder for you
lately, you're not alone. Your mind is working overtime to filter
through the onslaught of stimuli. This episode will help you too.
It's not just for beginners. It's the way I meditate, every single
day.
