On today's podcast episode we're diving into how to run your life and your business effectively when LIFE is LIFEING. In other words, how to overcome feelings of overwhelm with ease and with grace. 

If you're like me, life is probably coasting for a while. Everything is dialed in, it feels good, and then boom, something intense happens. Maybe a relative gets sick, maybe you're in a car accident, maybe something in your house breaks and it needs to be renovated completely and you weren't expecting that job or that expense. I want you to know, I hear you, I see you. You're not in this alone. One of the reasons I'm qualified to give guidance on this topic is because I've lived it.

Not only have I lived it, but I've lived it with a special needs child. Everything could be going well in my life and then all of a sudden my husband's business, because he's a business owner too, requires him to step up in a different way and I need to be more present at home. Other times I need to take care of sick children. Other times I need to be an advocate for my special needs kid, which if you've ever done it, you know is basically like having a full-time job in and of itself.
